Can I change plans as my team grows? ▾

Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect from the next billing cycle with no penalties.

How is my data kept secure? ▾

Each company gets a completely isolated workspace — your data is never visible to any other company on the platform. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure with enterprise-grade security.

Do you help us get set up? ▾

Yes. All plans include an in-app onboarding wizard to get you up and running in minutes. Professional and Enterprise customers also get personal onboarding support from the Strucly team, and we can help migrate data from your existing spreadsheets.

Does Strucly work on site as well as in the office? ▾

Yes. Strucly is a progressive web app — it works on any device, installs to your phone home screen like a native app, and syncs in real time so your team always has the latest information whether they're on site or in the office.

What if I need more than 20 users on the Professional plan? ▾

Move to the Enterprise plan, which has unlimited users. For large organisations or groups with specific requirements, contact us for tailored pricing.

Is Strucly suitable for NEC contract projects? ▾

Yes — the Professional and Enterprise plans include a full NEC3/4 commercial module covering Early Warning Notices, Compensation Events, Non-Conformance Reports, RFIs, and programme submissions (Clause 31/32), all with automated deadline tracking.
